On-Access Scanning Not Responding on Windows 7 Pro

I just upgraded to Sophos Endpoint Security and Control v9.5 on a Windows 7 Pro laptop.  It was pushed down over our network.  I am not able to get the On Access scanner to work. It states that it the "On Access Scanner is not responding."

Any ideas on what I can do to get this to work.

    I'm having the same issue.  Runing Driverquery comes back with the same information as you have shown.

    However running the fltmc instances commands comes back with nothing. No errors ore information.

    When I try to start the savservice it tells me it's already started.

    I'm hoping we can try to have a complete solution here if you can suggest some follow up steps
