Sophos 10 and opening some websites

Anyone else having problems with version 10 and enabling web protection and opening sites like yahoo.com?

When web protection is enabled and trying to browse to yahoo, the (firefox and ie) browser will either hang or try to save or download the page as a file. Didn't have this issue at all with 9.x and web protection, although we did run into the winsock issue with compatibility with other 3rd party apps. This is on win 7 32 and 64 bit os.

We have the same issue from time to time. Also some of our employees who travel have issue connecting to pages that redirect like Delta's gogo flight. Below is what fixed the issues for us.
Problem
For the issues where pages like Yahoo.com display garbage on the page when accessed via IE or prompted to download a file when access via Firefox
Solution 1 - Uninstall then reinstall Sophos
Solution 2 - Download the Server 2003 platform sdk to extract the SPOrder.exe tool out of it and move the sophos entries towards the bottom (not sure if this decreases the web protection security but it might).
Solution 3 - http://community.sophos.com/t5/Sophos-Endpoint-Protection/Sophos-Endpoint-Security-And-Control-10-0-issues-with-google/m-p/20009#M8025 - see Jak's disable LSP (I think this decreases or removes the web protection but it fixes the problems ....)
