sophos sec 5.2 upgrade database faild

I am trying to upgrade my sophos sec from 5.0 to 5.2.1 

I have my database on another server but hen i run my installer, it fails right away. this is the bootstrap log and database log

    Hello tdubb,

    it looks like the bootstrapper (setup.exe) doesn't pass the DATABASE_SERVERNAME and other DATABASE_xxxxxxx) properties that Database64.msi expects. Dunno why this is the case as the logs looks normal otherwise except for the line:

    2/8/2014 11:02:06 AM, INFO : System Property Check: Logged on user must have rights to query the accounts used by the existing installation - UNKNOWN

    Apparently setup.exe proceeds to the Ready to upgrade page though and subsequently the msi fails. While there are probably ways to work around this I'd suggest to contact Support directly about this issue.
