Anti Virus 9.5.5 - Auto Update - Windows 7 - Domain - Enterprise 4.5

Hi,

When the user logs in sophos update fails to update. Wait a short while (30 secs) and kick it off manually and the update works perfectly.

It seems as if the auto update is attempting to contact the share on the server before all of the network components have started.

Does anyone have a fix or workaround for this issue.

    Hi All,

    I'm resurrecting an old thread here in the hopes of finding some resolve to my issue.

    We're starting our Windows 7 64bit testing in our domain environment, everything is going great, but Sophos will not update from 9.0.0.  Our Windows XP 32bit clients work fine(they get 9.5.5) - and they use the same GPO to install.  All 3 components are installed, Anti Virus, Remote Management, and Auto Updater.  When I check the updating log file it doesn't offer much to go on.

    Any ideas?
