Dashboard isn't reflecting the right information

Hi,

My Sophos Enterprise Console dashboard is showing that about 50% of my nodes are outdated.  However, when I logged in locally to check each node, I found out that they are updated.  How can I rectify this issue as our management team thinks there's something wrong with the environment.

  • If the policy is blank the client hasn't sent its complete status to SEC. Probably a communication error - either client to SEC or client internal. Did they ever show the correct status and has this changed recently? How did you deploy Sophos to them?

    Again - what's the Last message time reported for them?
