Dashboard isn't reflecting the right information

Hi,

My Sophos Enterprise Console dashboard is showing that about 50% of my nodes are outdated.  However, when I logged in locally to check each node, I found out that they are updated.  How can I rectify this issue as our management team thinks there's something wrong with the environment.

  • Plase check the Last message time. Unknown usually indicates that a client has reported back but did not send all the expected information. If you look at the Update Details view - what does the Updating policy column say (possible values: <blank>, Same as policy, Awaiting policy transfer, Differs from policy or Comparison failed)?
