Dashboard isn't reflecting the right information

Hi,

My Sophos Enterprise Console dashboard is showing that about 50% of my nodes are outdated.  However, when I logged in locally to check each node, I found out that they are updated.  How can I rectify this issue as our management team thinks there's something wrong with the environment.

    question is, how far off is the Not since ... timestamp in the Up to date column of the Status view. Please check the Last message time in the Computer Details view. Have the clients "called in" recently? If not, it might indicate an issue with RMS.
