Deleted Sophos Console manually

Question

Hi,

I have removed the Sophos Enterprise Console manually on a server. Removed all services, registry entries and program data. Now I can't install it again without the Sophos Update Manager alert on the installation. I have already tried FixIssues and Fixupdate. Do you have a solution ?

Hi,  I would probably run ProccessMonitor  ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx ), filtered by registry access.  I suspect it's checking and finding an UpgradeCode key that is related to SUM. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\UpgradeCodes Regards, Jak :41799
