Hi, When Sophos Anti-Virus service has been stopped, Sophos Tamper Protection disabled and than Sophos Anti-Virus can uninstall easily. :8015

How do I: understanding Tamper Protection says: 
 Tamper protection enables you to prevent unauthorized users (users with limited technical knowledge) and known malware from uninstalling Sophos security software or disabling it through the Sophos Endpoint Security and Control interface. 
 and 
 Note: Tamper protection is not designed to protect against users with extensive technical knowledge . 
 What you are expecting is that administrative powers are wrestled from administrators - in another context this is called rootkit.
