Hello, we've been having trouble with Update Manager in Enterprise Console (4.5.1.0)
It was last able to check for updates on the 11th of March but now cant check, if I tell it to update manually nothing happens. I have checked the source, the URL is currently set to "Sophos" but when I choose to edit this, keeping it set to Sophos, it eventually times out.
"Timeout while attempting to connect to the specified address. There may be a problem with the network. Would you like to use these source details anyway?"
The machine does have internet access.
Any ideas?
