SUM 4.5 not updating on scheduled time

I was wondering if anyone else has there SUM 4.5 stop activity (according to the log in verbose) one or twice a week? 

If I stop and restart the SUM and Sophos Management Service it will update manually fine.  No issues.  Then resume it scheduled update for a couple days. 

Another odd error is in Event Viewer under Application I found this error.

Failed to update Sophos Update Manager because the installer returned error code 1603. The Sophos Update Manager service will be restarted.

This does not happen the same time as the updater stopping but it is a reoccuring error.
