Sophos Auto update fail

Hi,

I got a problem with update on Sophos Endpoint Security and Control. I tried with different account wich works on other installation but not on this one.

Here is the log :

I try to change server adress wich is Sophos by "http://es-web-2.sophos.com/update/catalogue/sdds.esc_10_2.xml" and "es-web.sophos.com/.../sdds.esc_10_2.xml" but it doesnt work.

    Hello YoannVIOT,

    great, that's the significant part of the log! I try to change server address - must be en vogue nowadays, second post in the last 24 hours where this has been tried ;-), doesn't work. It's a different mechanism for HTTP and the generic Sophos.
    Which SAV and AutoUpdate version is this? es-web is no longer, and sdds.esc_10_2 is from the past . looks like an outdated installation (but I might be wrong).

    As QC suggested, It seems that you are using SAV version 10.2 which already has been retired and there will be no update for it in our warehouse.

    Please Install a newer version of Sophos
