After updating M1 to MacOS 11.4 Sophos endpoint shows version (null) and says "not installed". Services are not running.

This appears to be the same issue that was observed with the upgrade to macOS 11.3 where Sophos processes start before Rosetta has initialized.
A refresh will be coming to the EAP shortly that will increase the number of native processes, and we're planning on a full suite by GA.
Which components aren’t installed? It'd be great if you can send us a screenshot. If the Sophos AutoUpdate component is installed, you can try manually updating the endpoint. If not, then you can try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Manual update is not working.
I will try reinstall.
