can't install Sophos end point on windows 7 32bit and 64bit

dear all

I recently got 200 user Sophos antivirus which is central admin I create custom installer for windows and apply to user. user which have windows 10 and 8 apply it and successful complete installation of that and when I run in windows 7 32bit and 64bit even it is not running and doesn't display error did any one face problem like this...?

Do you have the bootstrapper log file?

It's in the users temp, i.e. %temp%, unless it was run as system, then it could be \windows\temp\

no I don't have that I search in %temp% and windows\temp\ I didn't find it

Your account may not be using the new installer "SophosSetup.exe" rather than the previous "SophosInstall.exe"?

In which case, anything in this location:

C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs\SophosCloudInstaller_[date]_[time].log
