out of date

I have 3 or 4 same endpoints are reported as being out of date virtually every week in Sophos Central yet forcing an update does not update them. Why does this keep happening to the same PC's? why does Update not work from Sophos Central.

if I click on Status for the device it reports re-installing on the endpoint as a solution. Ive tried this once on one PC and now it doesn't even register in Sophos Central.

  • Yep same for us too.

    Only recently started migrating to Sophos Central but we have a few servers already that are always online but keep coming up every day or two saying they are out of date.

    In my instance it always appears to be the Agent that has not updated for 1-2 days, but if I click to manually update it does seem to resolve it.

  • This is suppose to be resolved tomorrow. I have had a ticket open with Sophos support and I was told this will be resolved on December 9th. Let's see how true this is.
