When selecting a user and clicking Email Setup Link, there is no longer an option to send a welcome email. Has this feature moved?

I just tested in our Central Environment and was able to send a Welcome/Setup Email.

On your Central Dashboard, click the drop down under your Admin name on the top right corner. Select Licensing.
Please check if you have a Sophos Email license and that it is valid (not expired)

Hi Joe,
The Welcome/Setup email is intended to provide customers the ability to access Sophos Central Self-Service to manage their email quarantines.
To provide existing users Admin access, please follow this KBA: Sophos Central Admin: Role Management
