How to migrate Central customers from US datacenter to new EU (Fra) datacenter?

Hi,

several customers ask's us if we can push them from the US datacenter location to the EU Frakfurt datacenter.

I only found the option to choose the location when registering new accounts in Sophos Central.

 

Is there a process how to achieve this?

    It's only at activation when you can choose the region.

    You would have to engage with Support/Customer services I guess to transfer the licence to a new account.  Maybe they can generate you a new key?

    If that can happen you would have to create a new trial with a different email, during activation choose the EU region, then activate the new licence and re-protect the clients having first disabled tamper protection.
