Excruciating process to manage endpoints

I am not sure if I am the only one, but as a recent partner to Sophos, I am finding managing devices in Central beyond painful. I actively don't want to do it, and my staff are saying the same thing. 

Basically for us to manage for example, endpoints with Intercept X and SEA this is the current process: 

Login to the Sophos Partner Console > Click Sophos Central > Wait for Text message, type in text message code > Click on Sophos Central Customers > Launch Sophos Central Admin > Endpoint protection > Click People or Click Computers.  As if all of that wasn't bad enough, everytime I click on something, there is a 5-10 second delay before data shows up. 

It's too much. Surely I can verify my browser from specified computers as designated "safe" to not need to text authenticate each time, surely there MUST be a significantly faster way if I want to centrally manage my clients computers etc. 

It's putting us off larger deployments.

  • I'm noticing the lag as well.  We use Google Authenticator so we dont have to wait for SMS texts.  Other alternatives maybe to setup an admin login user for each client and then directly log into sophos central? not ideal but should speed things up a bit.
