Excruciating process to manage endpoints

I am not sure if I am the only one, but as a recent partner to Sophos, I am finding managing devices in Central beyond painful. I actively don't want to do it, and my staff are saying the same thing. 

Basically for us to manage for example, endpoints with Intercept X and SEA this is the current process: 

Login to the Sophos Partner Console > Click Sophos Central > Wait for Text message, type in text message code > Click on Sophos Central Customers > Launch Sophos Central Admin > Endpoint protection > Click People or Click Computers.  As if all of that wasn't bad enough, everytime I click on something, there is a 5-10 second delay before data shows up. 

It's too much. Surely I can verify my browser from specified computers as designated "safe" to not need to text authenticate each time, surely there MUST be a significantly faster way if I want to centrally manage my clients computers etc. 

It's putting us off larger deployments.
