Last Activity fields not updating

Hi, 

Anyone else seen their 'Endpoint Agent Summary - Last Activity' and 'Endpoint Last Used' fields for computers no longer updating? 

Everything seems to be working fine, but this field just doesn't update anymore.

  • I am seeing the same thing since Sophos had their last round of problems. I know if I reboot a device, I am seeing "updates", but I am not seeing any "Endpoint" activity. I sent a ticket in to Sophos with a screen shot about this, but have yet to hear back. I know that in the past the Endpoint is usually active every few minutes or hours.
