Last Activity fields not updating

I am seeing the same thing for my SSVM's. Going on two days now.  Support ticket has been created.

I am seeing the same thing since Sophos had their last round of problems. I know if I reboot a device, I am seeing "updates", but I am not seeing any "Endpoint" activity. I sent a ticket in to Sophos with a screen shot about this, but have yet to hear back. I know that in the past the Endpoint is usually active every few minutes or hours.

I'm seeing the same on one of our customer sites (not all).

I am remote to these guys but when I logged in to the actual pc which is highlighted below it was 100% OK and bang up to date.

Yep I'm seeing the exact same issue, I have nearly 200 hundred clients ( number climbing everyday) showing as no communication for over 2 weeks but in reality they have updated. 

Are people still having this issue? 

I've got approx. 100 machines where Last Sophos Central Activity showing as 3 months, however, all services are showing healthy, including the MCS client!

Is there any proxy or firewall restriction in the network?

Will it be possible for you to run the health check on the client and share the management communication tab?
