Hi there, been using Sophos Central for the past 6 months, when people need an email releasing from quarantine we send them the link to the self-service portal and mostly that works quite well, but what do you do is the email is sent to a group? Sophos knows about the group members but the email doesn't appear in their individual quarantine feeds. Am I missing somethging obvious in the interface?
