Sophos Central not showing bandwidth usage

Hello, recently our company noticed that the bandwidth usage for all of our users appears to be gone. It was showing the reports fine but starting on June 3rd, it doesn't show any activity. It shows "This report has no data" when we're sure our users are accessing the web. Is there anyone that may be able to help out with this issue please?
