Sophos Central not showing bandwidth usage

Hello, recently our company noticed that the bandwidth usage for all of our users appears to be gone. It was showing the reports fine but starting on June 3rd, it doesn't show any activity. It shows "This report has no data" when we're sure our users are accessing the web. Is there anyone that may be able to help out with this issue please?

    Before proceeding with the next step I would like to check the few details:
     
    1. Once logging into Sophos Central admin page, please click on the drop down near the username(top-right corner) and click on Licensing. You will see the license details, ensure Web Gateway has an active license.
    2. What is the web browser used in your network? and if possible please do DM the screenshot of Web Gateway settings.

    1. I do show that we have an active license for Web Gateway. It shows that it expires on Oct 12, 2017.

    2. Our users typically use Internet Explorer mainly but they sometimes use Google Chrome for communication. I've sent you a screenshot with what I hope are the settings you requested.

    From the screenshot shared I can see that Logging & Privacy is disabled. Please enable Logging & Privacy wait for a day and check for the bandwidth report. Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.
