Global Base Policy to Allow PUA?

I am using Sophos Central Admin, nothing is on-prem.  Not sure what I was looking at before but I got to the right place with that article.  I think I got the policy and the system settings confused.

System Settings = global, Policy = customer/user/device?

Actually, it doesn't appear that what I did accomplished my goal.  Maybe I just need to open a support ticket.  This is super frustrating as this shouldn't be this hard to figure out.

Hmmm...how do I get to where you are?  Maybe I don't have the permissions I need (even though I am the only administrator for my company?).  I assume you are getting through Sophos Central Partner portal? (and not customer admin portal).  I have no idea how to get to that Endpoint Protection overview based on what I am seeing.

Yeah..I am missing that entire "My Products" section.  This is after selecting a customer, and then selecting "launch sophos central admin".

I've done that, and that is not applying globally.  This is what it looks like for one customer:

I got into another customer and look at the same thing and I see a blank page.  I want something that is GLOBAL across all customers.

Yes, that's what the second screenshot is.  I created that exclusion while in Central Admin under one customer, and checked the others and there is nothing there.

That's pretty dumb.  It's also what I specifically asked in my opening question.  Even the Webroot web console has this functionality.

Unfortunately, that is how the product is designed, to manage multiple customers individually. You can raise it as a feature request to manage/configure multiple customer consoles here.

Hi Jacob, I'm in agreement with you... I have the exact same issue right now, and I guess I'll have to go through each client and do the exclusion. Certainly would be nice to have a way to apply exclusions to all clients.
