Manual Cleanup - cannot find quarantine manager

User on Windows 10. Sophos Central.

Sophos central has a high alert with action to manually remove the file. I am unable to find the quarantine manager at the endpoint. can someone please help me on how to clean this file manually?

    Hi Sunith,

     

    If the Dashboard dictates you should remove the file then , we cannot clean the file as it would be the first attempt . If you are unsure locate the file mentioned by the path and upload to virustotal.com and post the results by that website
