Thank you for reaching us, Allow us to have this check and get back to you. Also, was this observed on a VM or a local device? If you turn off the contrast or lower it down will it still show the same output on UI?

the new Contrast Mode/Themes in Windows is not like the Contrast on a Monitor. It is a visual theme by Microsoft with multiple presets.
Installed on Local Machine.
Contrast Mode/Theme = Aquatic
Contrast Mode / Theme = Desert
Contrast Mode / Theme = Dusk
Contrast Mode / Theme = Night Sky
