File Restoration Failed

Hi All,

I have a user that has been getting the attached message from the Sophos Intercept X Endpoint agent.  I've searched for the file and it does not exist within the computer and when I access the Sophos central portal for any logs/events registered as well as looking locally on the computer's agent I can't find any trace of this.  The user reports that it is a random pop-up that comes up.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Based on what I can see on the snapshot, can you confirm if you have sophos installed on it? I can see that the notification that you are getting is not from sophos endpoint. By any chance do you have any other security software installed to it?
