Thank you for responding @Yashraj but what I need is a service report provided by Sophos a propos Sophos Central. It should be a kind of document in which what Sophos Central as service offers is mentionned and to which extend these services are reliable.

da ich Central nicht verwende, kann ich nicht sagen, ob und wo diese Information erhältlich ist. Aber Yashraj S oder jemand anderer von Sophos sollte helfen können.

Is there a detailed description or Service Catalogue of the Central services with their SLA? Are Service Level Reports available? Or should DaZor contact a Sophos Partner?
