Sophos central does not sync with sophos firewal xg

I have 4 xg sophos, all were synchronized with the central sophos (CFM) but the xg125 appeared as disconnected, but I was able to access it through the public ip 
without problems, so I removed it from the central sophos, and added it again, I did the same on my own firewall, however it does not appear in the central sophos
it has been almost 24 hours and nothing, but in the firewall it informs that it is being managed. I have already restarted the firewall and even updated its firmware
today and nothing yet. Can you help me ? I didn't receive any error messages.
