Failed to install ntp64: unexpected error.

Would you please share the Sophos Network Threat Protection Install Log from the path "C:\Windows\Temp:", so we can have detail idea about the error which occur on the machine?

We are having the same issue, but, all our environment is Win10. Any other work around's that We can try?
