Sophos Central deinstallieren

Hallo,

 

folgendes Problem:

Wir haben eine Workstation die sich nicht mehr geupdatet hat. Jetzt habe ich eine komplette deinstallation der Sophos Produkte vorgenommen. Die Deinstallation wurde durchgeführt.
Der Rechner wird aber in Central noch verwaltet. Jetzt lösche ich den Rechner in Central und installiere anschließend den Sophos Central Endpoint neu. Bei der Installation steht.

Registrierung in Central....
Herunterladen der Komponenten....

und dann wird die Installation abgebrochen.  Schaue ich jetzt in Central ist der Computer wieder vorhanden und zeigt an das der letzte Kontakt vor 3 Minuten war, obwohl keine Software installiert ist.

Verstehe ich absolut nicht. Auf alle Fälle kann ich die Endpoint Software nicht mehr installieren. Was kann ich tun?

    The reason behind it shows the communication happened 3 minutes ago because the entry of the machine was recently deleted (Within 90 days) and you tried to install the product. As soon as, installation tried to register the machine in the Sophos Cloud, means the entry has been there in the Sophos Central and then it start to download the components.

    Now, would you please check the whether there is Sophos UI folder on this path "C:\Program Files\Sophos\" and if yes, please run the SophosUI.exe from that folder?
