How to replace trial with purchased license?

Our server trial license is expiring and we have already received and activate our newly purchased server licenses. However, there is no option to change the installed trial license.

We were told that the right way is to uninstall the trial license and download from Sophos Central to reinstall. However, we found out that even after reinstall, Sophos Central still list the server under trial license. There is only one download option without separating trial and purchase license.

    What did you trial, and what did you purchase? Licenses used are also based on the features that are enabled in your Threat Protection policy.

    For example - if you bought Central Server protection, and only trialed Intercept X Advanced for server, you need to disable all Intercerpt X Advanced for Server options, and only enable Server Protection Default settings, and save your policy. Allow some time for all servers to pick up the change to the policy, and the license count should correct itself.
