Uninstallation failed

Is this the recommended way to remove it in version 10.8.6?

Hi Rodrigo,

You can look into %temp% for a Sophos Anti-Virus Major Uninstall log to see why the uninstall is failing.  Search for "Return value 3" to find the cause.

Alternatively you can run SophosZap to uninstall the software: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/134486

I found the log in appdata\local\temp

Error:

As MEric suggested, in case you still face any issue, you can use SophosZap tool for uninstallation.
