Hello!
I want try Email alerting in Central, I think my setup is correct.
I tried with Eicar but nothing happens, probably due to threat was resolved by antivirus. As I can read only outstanding events will sent email alert.
How can I test email alerting?

Could you please make sure that the file's permission is set to read-only so that it cannot be removed by our AV while testing. This will trigger medium alert - which will still require your attention to remove the file. Sophos Central automatically sends email alerts to administrators when events occur (for example, "Potentially Unwanted Application detected"). If the threat/malware in question has been dealt with and no further action is required from admin, they will not get an email.

I tried with another way and it worked. I turned of switch for automatic clean up and email was sent immediatelly.
