Thank you,
Hi Bradley,
The folder in question is a part of Sophos Cloud Web Gateway. I'd suggest uninstalling/reinstalling Sophos Cloud Web Gateway to shrink this down. Mine is only 450 MB in size.
If you can't find this application in Add/Remove programs, you can try removing it by running the following file and selecting Uninstall:
C:\Program Files\Sophos\Cloud Network Agent\sbin\installer.exe
If that still doesn't work, you can try running the below commands in an administrative command prompt:
MsiExec.exe /I{4F73E3E1-FDC7-4CE7-9ACA-0BAA09226688} /L*v C:\Windows\Temp\SophosCloudAVEngineUninstall.txt
MsiExec.exe /I{64139960-C92D-4DB1-9385-0D2DC75B245C} /L*v C:\Windows\Temp\SophosNetworkAgentCalloutDriverUninstall.txt
MsiExec.exe /I{8132D712-5F53-4EAB-9624-4A24EA10EC74} /L*v C:\Windows\Temp\SophosCloudAgentRuntimeUninstall.txt
MsiExec.exe /I{963BC65E-E451-4580-914F-E2396785BDE7} /L*v C:\Windows\Temp\SophosCloudWebGatewayUninstall.txt
MsiExec.exe /I{D6B5BD3E-41BE-4714-9514-41EB96975238} /L*v C:\Windows\Temp\SophosCloudWebGatewayMonitorUninstall.txt
It would appear that since the CWG application was removed, I could just go and delete the directory without an issue.
Strange that the uninstall process did not clean that up.
