It take 5-10 minutes for the central client to send the heartbeat status

Hello All,

 

It take 5-10 minutes for the central client to send the heartbeat status. Is it a normal time it take to synchronize? As in that particular period of time user are not connected. 

Please advice.

    What version of MCS and NTP are installed? For example:

    • Sophos Management Communications System - 4.11.127.0
    • Sophos Network Threat Protection - 1.9.2235.0

    You can see either in Endpoint Self Help at the client or in Central on the device page, summary tab.
