Migrating from Enterprise Console to Central

I have just purchased a new Sophos AV cloud licence for Intercept X for my clients on the LAN, instead of renewing my Enterprise console licence so I dont need it installed on my network. I created a Sophos Central account and have activated the licenses in it. I have just learnt about the migration tool so that I wont have to manually uninstall and reinstall AV off of all of my client PC's. 

If I try and use the Migration Tool, after creating the API key, it tells me that it "could not find any licensed features etc." 

Does this mean that I cant use it as I only have licences for Intercept X and nothing for the cloud platform?

  • No, I have "Central Intercept X Advanced - 25-49 USERS" and "Central Intercept X Advanced for Server" and the Central licence key starts with a 7. I can see the licensed products in my Central Cloud console and I have manually installed the new client on my laptop so I know it all works, the migration tool would make everything a lot easier. I just dont know why it wont let me do it. Unless there is some Central Cloud licence that I need.
