You should be able to delete any user that does not have an administrator role assigned to them. Deleting a user does not delete devices associated with that user or remove the Sophos software from these devices.

May I know what the reason is behind wanting to delete users?

Thanks for the information.
The requirement for deleting the user accounts is because we have duplicate accounts getting created in Sophos central one via AD & one created by sophos.
And the AD user doesn't show up as device login but the sophos does.

You can edit the logins assigned to a user so that there are no duplicates. That is what "Modify Logins" meant in the page I linked earlier.
