[Sophos Advisory] Partner Dashboard-When launching PSA Integration page in the partner dashboard it is loading with no mappings.

An issue has been identified with the mapping in the Partner Dashboard when accessing the PSA Integration page.

    The fix has been deployed.

    What about previously lost mappings?

    • Any Partner Dashboard PSA accounts that have not already been manually updated (between the 17th and today the 23rd) will have their previous mappings restored.
    • Any Partners who have manually made changes to their PSA customer/agreement mappings, will not see any changes from their last update.
    • Please contact us if you see any discrepancy with this in your own Partner Dashboard PSA mapping page.
