Activated Proxy in Global Settings but only "No proxy used" @ Clients

Hi @ all,

i try sophos intercept x and rolled out some test agents on windows 10 clients.

now i want that they use our internal proxy server and i activated the proxy settings in sophos central ... but the agents didnt get the settings, only "no proxy used" appears.

 

Does someone have an idea?

    Hi  

    Once you have made the proxy changes in Sophos Central, those changes will be available on new installs only. So now when you deploy clients, they will fetch the proxy details. For existing clients, please run the following commands in an administrative command prompt window: 

    • For 32-bit:
      netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server="http=your_proxy_server:your_proxy_port;https=your_proxy_server:your_proxy_port"'
    •  For 64-bit:
      Go to cd C:\Windows\SysWOW64 then press the Enter button
      netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server="http=your_proxy_server:your_proxy_port;https=your_proxy_server:your_proxy_port"

     Replace your_proxy_server and your_proxy_port with your proxy configuration.
