Same here, and I'm the Partner Administrator... So it looks like a issue at Sophos Central
Agreed, I have logged a support case now, it must be effecting more people.

shame we couldn't just have been given this information.
Me too, I just called the support and they told me that the engineers are working on that issue. But currently no status updates when the issues has been fixed. Let's wait for an update form sophos tech support
