anyone else seeing this? all our customers have disappeared from the partner dashboard?
Same here in the partner portal. also cannot install endpoint due to the installer not being able to contact central.

Sophos told me to speak to my administrator if I cant see any clients...........
Same here, and I'm the Partner Administrator... So it looks like a issue at Sophos Central
Agreed, I have logged a support case now, it must be effecting more people.

shame we couldn't just have been given this information.
Me too, I just called the support and they told me that the engineers are working on that issue. But currently no status updates when the issues has been fixed. Let's wait for an update form sophos tech support
looks like its up again. :)
It was an intermittent issue this morning, I will hold fire until I tell my customers to try there installs again!
