Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central

Hello,

 

I'm seeing loads of Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central starting this weekend.

One active and one passive is registred.

  • Is there a setting to disable this notification?

    Hope they also fix to show which firewall is not checking in, it is not showing which of the multiple firewalls is not checking in.

  • Maybe. the latest release on Central has the ability to change the email alert frequency of a particular alert.

    Open the console and drill down into one of them. Under the Actions area you should see and Email Alert box where you can change the frequency.

    This might do the trick.
