For Sophos Central login

On Sophos Central we do have a Super Admin account which cannot be deleted by the user. Could you try to login using that account? Usually it the account used while creating Sophos Central and admin accounts are added later for other users to login. 

If you have forgotten the Super admin account then you would need to drop a mail at customercare@sophos.com, so they would assist you with your issue.

If you have an issue login in with your super admin user as well then you would need to log a case at customercare@sophos.com and they would assist you further with account related issues.
