Failed to upgrade with "INVALID-CHECKSUM-FROM" error.

Our user met issue that sophos failed to upgrade with "INVALID-CHECKSUM-FROM" error.

    Hello Tony Hsieh,

    did it work before? What web server do you use to publish the /sphv9 share?
    The line DOWNLOAD-STATS 1244 0.101222 (12.001800 KiB/s) shows that the downloader received only about 1k trying to download libConfigHelper.so.0 and this suggests an error document instead of the expected library. If you try to download the file with a browser what is the result?

    We do occasionally see firewalls detect/block items in the update, so as QC says, can you access via a browser? Is there a firewall between the client and the cache?
