Hi balaramyerra,
I have noticed the message "The encryption has been postponed" .
Please have a look at this article (scroll down to "The encryption was postponed" and see if that matches your scenario).
Otherwise, please provide more information regarding the Sophos products being used, the policies in place, the OS of the affected machine, and what are you seeing on the system (I am guessing that your attachment is a log from Central? ).
Has anything changed since you started seeing this message?
Are other endpoints showing the same behavior?
