Black screen on login

Getting this for all windows 10 machines now, user logins and screen stays black for upwards of 10 minutes. Seems to be installing Sophos updates.

Hi Chris,

I am sorry to hear this. Can you please kindly help me with more details on this issue (Like when was the issue observed initially, Any clues from event viewer or error messages, Sophos Update log,etc). Also, May I know if you have already created a support ticket with us regarding the same?

Hi,

Windows 10 machine. Seems to happen randomly, but event logs shows 30 minutes of sophos installations, tried to DM you but it wouldnt upload.

Could you help me with the Sophos Diagnostic utility log from any one of the reported machines? Once you have the logs you can PM Adithyan Thangaraj or myself, we will check and get back to you.
