Can't clear or Acknowledge alerts in Central

Hi BrucekConvergent,

Does the issue happen on other computers (meaning, if you launch your dashboard from a different machine, do the problems persist? )
Do all alerts that you try to acknowledge present the same behavior?
Have you tried (if applicable) using a different admin Central account to acknowledge them?
Are there any addons or pop-up-blockers installed?

So, that was quick -- basically if one is an Enterprise Superadmin you lost the ability to clear alerts when logged into a sub-estate from the Sophos Central Enterprise console.  Something must of changed / broken in that update last weekend.  Logged in as a "local" superadmin into the subestate, and can delete / acknowledge alerts.

Yes... the account I'm using is the sole Enterprise Admin account, and has full access to the single sub-estate we have.  This has worked fine in the past.

Do all the sub-estates present this issue? Or, is this specific to a particular one? (If so, anything different about it? ). 
If this is a generalized problem, I suggest you file a case with support so that we can further investigate. Once you have a ticket, please provide the number so that we can follow-up.     

If possible, be sure to include examples of what's failing, as well as the SDU logs

I'm a platinum reseller .. I'll start this case via our direct rep.

SDU logs would have no bearing on this.

I do recall this working before so pretty sure some Central update broke this.  Anyhow, looks like Sophos devs are aware of it.
