I have added an AD account as a superuser, but when i try and login with it, it says wrong username/password. Is there something I missed?

The AD User is flagged as SuperAdmin in Central? And did you already "Setup the user" ?
AD Sync does not use the AD PW Credentials.
I did that last night and now it is acting like the account is separate from our corporation. It also will not allow me to add our licenses, as they have already been activated. This is beyond ridiculous and have put a support ticket in. Thank you for all of your help and assistance.
